This soup (laguita de choclo) is made of corn and charque beef (dehydrated beef). It is a traditional soup from Chuquisaca. The ingredients for this soup are: Corn flour, beef extract, aji no moto, powdered garlic, oregano, parsley, red chilli pepper and dehydrated beef.
