Features Driven by curiosity and the desire to see new worlds, young Alois leaves his Bavarian homeland, and going through the Walchensee (a lake near of Munich), emerges from the waters of Lake Titicaca in Bolivia. In Copacabana Alois gets married to Elena, with whom explores the enigmatic Andean world, have only one child, a civilian pilot, who died very young in a crash plane, leaving his daughter Alfonsina orphan and Rosa widow, his beautiful wife who works as a stewardess . Few years after Alois also dies, leaving the three women alone. Alfonsina, now a beautiful girl of 14 years, grows in an environment of cultural mix, with music, dirndl (traditional dress of Bavaria) , beer mugs, syncretism and Andean celebrations. One day Daniel, a young student of ornithology in Munich arrives to Copacabana, to Alfonsina’s eyes he seems the spitting image of his grandfather Alois.
