The South Zone (Zona Sur) has been in the last decades the seat of the elites in La Paz. Here, in a kind of castle, regins a statuesque matriarch queen on spoiled children and their native servants. But not everything is as it seems. The mother argues with his lecherous son, grapples with his petulant daughter, while her six year old child roams the rooftops without anyone knowing.
The decline feels in the air and the threat of aristocratic privileges change to anothers hands opens a new chapter in a thorny class struggle.
