This book gathers testimonies of people who visited La Paz in different periods of its existence, it also has impressions from the locals (Paceños) . The whole reflects an entertaining history of the city and the changes it has gone through sometimes good ones and also destructive ones. However many of the travelers express their astonishment for its originality, since there is no city like this one in America, for its topography and also its native ancestors.
