Summary:Adolfo Cardenas's novel explores the unknown city through complex characters, leaving aside the stereotypes that dangerously come to the ones who want to reflect the shades of La Paz. There is no intent by the author to claim for them, the characters, the real citizenship, nor the insomniac tendency to blame or to justify a priori the situations they live. Each character maintains their identity, sustained by a masterful job of language, the narrative work of Cardenas is not simply focused on the use of language, he uses the language to naked the reality that happens every day. The fruit is a fun but serious work, while deep irony, grim and raw, raw as the reality that lets us laugh at our own tears.
