Bolivia is going through a period of intense transformation marked by the democratization of political life in all areas through the involvement of organizations and social movements that have decided to question deliberately the political and social Bolivian stage. The transformation process that has been expressed as an intense demand of the social movements, that began in 2000, have found continuity with the 2005 presidential elections - when the country decided to choose the first indigenous president in Bolivia's history. This process must be accompanied of the deepest theoretical and academical reflection.
