The reflections contained in this joint publication should contribute to restore the essential relationship between knowledge and experiences, between theory and practice, that the Latin American an National emancipatory processes currently demanded. This - as Boaventura said - it has to be moving in experimentalism itself that demands circumstances of uncertainty and lack of ''recipes'' for the future, but whose character should be the multiplication of forms of democratic deliberation as collateral to back the risk of fracture and reversal of the process.
