PASTO GRANDE ARCHEOLOGY

The Pasto Grande ruins are located in the yungas region of La Paz. Behind this historical ruins declarated Natrional Monument you will find the secret of the agricultural development of the ancestors that lived in this region. The terraces sistem known as ''Takanas'' was highly developed in Pasto Grande.
The takanas was made usuing Laja stones built in the slopes of the mountains inn Pasto Grande.
